The problem

Manufacturers were running purchasing, stock, accounts and production across disconnected spreadsheets and legacy tools.

What we built

A single native Windows application, cloud-backed, spanning every department with UK tax compliance built in.

The problem

Bringing up RS485 hardware meant hand-crafting hex frames in a raw terminal with no repeatable test workflow.

What we built

A point-and-click command list with interval polling, live statistics and full serial logging — single- and multi-node.

The problem

EMC testing needs pumps driven through defined cycles continuously, with every fault clearly logged.

What we built

A full DT/OEM command interface with scripted recipes, volumetric dosing and complete TX/RX logging.

The problem

Bills of materials arrive as several Excel workbooks with different column names, ref-des ranges and duplicate parts — and planning a build means rebuilding them by hand, then working out what you can actually make from the stock you already hold.

What we built

A five-step wizard that auto-maps columns, builds each product at its own quantity and attrition, nets In-Stock sheets against demand to show how many complete units you can build now, and exports a costed master BOM with a per-vendor purchasing list.

The problem

Manufacturers assemble CE and UKCA manuals by hand in Word, so a changed specification has to be found and re-typed everywhere it appears — and anything missed goes to print.

What we built

A Windows app that renders a manual as a build output from product records, reusable topics and a template, with a validation report that blocks the render rather than printing a gap.
